Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the SkinSight apps, web version and website (the “Service”) provided by SkinSight Labs LLC (“SkinSight”, “we”). By using the Service, you agree to them.
1. What SkinSight does
SkinSight estimates what Fortnite cosmetics cost in the Item Shop, in V-Bucks and US dollars, and sorts the items you mark as owned into tiers. Prices, dates and tiers are estimates for information only. SkinSight is not affiliated with Epic Games, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and manage any subscription.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to buy, sell, trade or transfer game accounts, which Epic's terms prohibit.
- Do not use tier lists or price cards to mislead other people about what you own.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service, or use it to train machine learning models.
4. Plans and billing
Basic is free. Plus costs $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year in US dollars, plus any applicable sales tax, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or by emailing team@skinsight.gg; access continues until the end of the paid period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.
5. Third-party content
Fortnite, V-Bucks and Fortnite cosmetic names and images belong to Epic Games, Inc. and are shown only to identify items. All other content of the Service belongs to SkinSight and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Item Shop rotations, prices and V-Bucks pack rates are set by Epic Games and can change without notice, so figures in SkinSight may differ from what you pay.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SkinSight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, except where your local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
